Color is a blend of light blue and ivory. Headband matches tutu with a skinny light blue elastic band and light blue and ivory shabby flowers with pearl embellishment. Dress is Very Full ! Tulle length of dress is 17 inches long. Length from chest band to bottom of dress is 19 inches long. Straps are made of blue tulle and are adjustable ( they tie into the back of the chest band. ) Chest crochet band is stretchy and unlined with blue and ivory shabby flowers.
